Brasserie de Blaugies

The Brasserie de Blaugies is a family business founded in 1988 by Pierre-Alex Carlier and Marie- Robert (Marie-Noëlle) Pourtois. At the time, craft beer production in Belgium was undergoing a major revival, and Pierre-Alex and Marie-Noëlle decided to embark on this exciting adventure. In the garages of the family home, a “Meura” brewing room was built, producing 750-litre brews a day.
Over the years, Brasserie de Blaugies has become a benchmark for craft beer, with a selection of 8 beers brewed with the greatest respect for tradition. All their beers are unfiltered and refermented in bottle or barrel, which gives them a unique and authentic taste.
